MEET YOUR TRAINER

My name is Brittany Byrnes, founder of Tallawah Training. "Tallawah" is a Jamaican Proverb signifying strength, no matter your size or circumstance. My mother's side moved here from Jamaica, and I grew up hearing that I am "likkl, but tallawah". I am a United States Marine Corps Veteran, Jiu Jitsu practitioner, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. I'm here to help you relentlessly go after your fitness goals - and anything else you want to achieve in life. If you're ready to work, I'm ready to help you.
